Design and construction of a 200 space surface car park comprising detailed design, demolition of existing buildings and site clearance,

Installation of a SUDS drainage system and construction of the new car park surfaces with tie-in works. All lighting and CCTV infrastructure was also installed.

The works at Radley Station included the extension of an existing station car park which was previously used as an access route by Network Rail, into a graveled area providing an additional 30 car parking spaces. The existing gates were relocated to the end of the new car park and the ‘Adverse Weather Equipment’ shed repositioned beyond the gates.

The works also included the removal of overgrown vegetation on an existing embankment and its subsequent regrading to allow creation of the additional car parking bays. In addition, new fencing was installed to secure the site and bow-top railing established to secure the car park from the platform.

Final works included the revisions to existing white lining and new white lining to form additional disabled car parking bays adjacent to the station.

system.

The works at Langley Station included the refurbishment of the existing car parking facility, demolition and replacement of a raised central island and multi-head car park lighting columns.

In addition, new permeable paving was laid to the revised parking bay layout to create an additional 30 car parking spaces around the new central island with a gravel infill finish. White lining was also carried out to mark out the new parking bays (including some disabled bays), traffic flow direction arrows, road markings and general areas where no parking is permitted in front of and adjacent to the station building.
